As someone with years of experience in the industry, I’ve come to appreciate the crucial role that front of house staff play in enhancing the overall dining experience I hear it all the time that it’s us that add to the experience, our attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction truly makes every evening special.

So, I wanted to look ahead to 2025, to see what trends are coming from the head chefs and from other entrepreneurs in the food and beverage market so dive with me into the culinary trends that you can expect to see next year and beyond.

 

5 CHEF TRENDS IN 2025

Technical Cooking: Chefs will continue to showcase their technical prowess by transforming local, seasonal ingredients into works of art. Classic dishes will receive creative twists, pushing the boundaries of culinary innovation while highlighting the Flavours and textures of each ingredient.

Indulgent Ingredients: Indulgence will take centre stage as chefs delight diners with luxurious and decadent ingredients.
