Working at London’s last remaining family-owned luxury 5* hotel. My name is Sophia White, and I am a sommelier at The Goring Hotel. Transitioning into this role from being a freelance brand strategist was seamless for me, given my extensive background in the hospitality industry. I sought to work for an independent hotel steeped in history and family-owned, making The Goring Hotel a perfect fit.
