My journey has been a confusing one.
Ive had what seems like a peppered career within the hospitality industry consisting of me working in sales and promotion activations for Coca Cola and Nestle two of the largest FMCG confectionery and beverage brands, to organising and branding dinners and events at St Pauls Cathedral to the house of lords to the shard, to working with organisations to brand and position their companies and so now as a sommelier at The Goring Hotel it is finally starting to all make sense, because Ive been a lover of great food and wine ever since I can remember.
I get excited about tasting great flavours, pairing food with wine, and learning what works in terms of flavour pairings.
